1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling your child in Creo Studio programs and accessing our Parent Portal, you ("Parent" or "Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the portal or enroll your child in our programs.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Creo Studio, an after-school education and tutoring studio located in Los Angeles, California.
2. Parent Portal Access
The Parent Portal allows you to manage your child's enrollment, provide required information, communicate with our staff, and access scheduling and billing services. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials
Ensuring all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
Updating your information promptly if any details change
All activity that occurs under your account
3. Enrollment & Scheduling
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of all required registration information and applicable fees. Program schedules are subject to change; we will notify you via your registered contact methods with reasonable advance notice. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy communicated at time of enrollment.
4. Payment Terms
By providing payment information through the Parent Portal, you authorize Creo Studio to charge the applicable fees for your child's enrollment. All fees are due as specified in your enrollment agreement. Delinquent accounts may result in suspension of services. Payment information is processed and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Health, Safety & Emergency Information
You are required to disclose all relevant health information, allergies, and medical conditions that may affect your child's participation in our programs. This information is used solely to ensure your child's safety and wellbeing. You agree to keep this information current and to notify us immediately of any changes.
In the event of a medical emergency, Creo Studio staff will attempt to contact you using your designated emergency contacts. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek emergency medical care on your child's behalf.
6. Photo & Video Consent
From time to time, Creo Studio may photograph or record video of studio activities for educational documentation, internal quality review, and promotional purposes including our website and social media. By enrolling your child, you grant Creo Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such images or recordings unless you expressly opt out in writing. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
7. Communications
By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from Creo Studio via email, phone, and SMS/text message. These may include scheduling updates, billing notices, program announcements, and emergency notifications. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time, though operational and safety communications are required for program participation.
Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications. You can reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of text messages.
8. Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children and families. Parents and guardians are expected to treat Creo Studio staff and other families with courtesy and respect. We reserve the right to dismiss a student from our program without refund if a parent or student's conduct is deemed harmful, disruptive, or threatening to others.
9. Limitation of Liability
Creo Studio takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of enrolled students. However, to the fullest extent permitted by California law, Creo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Parent Portal. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
